How do I make an appointment?
Just slide into our DMs on Instagram (@oldsouthgroomingco) or give us a call at (519) 670-9641 to book your appointment. We'll chat about what your pet needs, find a time that works for you, and get everything sorted. You'll get all the details confirmed right after we book you in!
How often should I get my dog groomed?
We recommend every 6-8 weeks, depending on the breed.
How old should my puppy be to have his first grooming?
We accept puppies from 16 weeks to get familiar with grooming and introduce the process in a safe way. we always recommend to start with a bath and nail trimming, if the puppy's behavior allows it we can make a light trim on the hair.
Can I book a frequent schedule?
Yes, and it's recommended! Monthly bookings ensure you save your spot on our calendar and qualify for a discount. Email oldsouthgrooming@outlook.com with your preferred frequency, services, and dates.
